Got her
I left shortly after posting. I just could not take it. I showed up unannouced and got her. I am calling places and have an interview tonight. I am calling a friend for tomorrow. I cannot let her go back there. I will talk to the provider and tell her the situation.

OMG! I just read your posts. That is horrific - you did the right thing! It is your daycare providers responsibility to protect Jillian ... and well, she did not.
